Hi everyone! 😊 My name is Rohail, and I’m a native English speaker from Canada, currently living in Ottawa. I have an engineering background and a Master’s degree in Engineering, with experience in professional and technical environments where clear communication really matters. I also speak French and Urdu, and I learned French as an additional language myself — so I understand firsthand the challenges of learning a new language. I mainly work with adults and students who want to improve their spoken English for work, studies, and everyday life, and build confidence speaking English naturally 🗣️. As a teacher, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident when speaking English. I’m patient, supportive, and flexible, and I adapt each lesson to your goals and learning style. Since I’ve learned another language myself, I understand the hesitation, fear of making mistakes, and lack of confidence that can come with speaking a new language. My focus is on encouragement, clear explanations, and steady progress over time 📈. You’ll do most of the talking during our lessons, and I’ll guide you along the way. When it comes to corrections, I adapt to what works best for you — I can correct you during the conversation, at the end of the lesson, or a mix of both 🎯.
