Paloma is full of energy, has the patience that a teacher needs. She cares not just to teach you, but also for your well-being. I've been enjoying having her as my tutor for 3 weeks now. I'm preparing for an upcoming trip to Oaxaca and had specific questions about culture and some indigenous arts, and she was happy to share info, including some from her academic research. She explained unfamiliar vocabulary, patiently listened to my fumblings, and made corrections as needed.
