Adoro le mie lezioni

Besides comprehensive review of homework, Valeria makes space for students like me to express their ideas, especially if they're difficult ones and require a lot of patience and guidance. I want to be able to talk about subjects of personal interest, and I don't always have the vocabulary to do so. After my lessons with her, I come away with more knowledge about new words and grammatical structures.

Vorrei dirle che le sue lezioni sono davvero fantastiche. Sono molto fortunata ad averla incontrata online, nonostante la distanza. A volte ho difficoltà con la pronuncia e il vocabolario, spesso le mie frasi non sono ben strutturate, ma lei ha sempre tanta pazienza nel correggermi. È bellissimo scoprire tante cose sulla cultura italiana durante le lezioni, e questo mi motiva a voler studiare in Italia. Alcuni miei compagni più grandi sono entrati all’Accademia di Brera, spero con tutto il cuore che l’anno prossimo possa essere il mio turno! Ho scoperto quanto sia bella Napoli: ricca di cultura e tradizioni, la gente è cordiale, proprio come lei! Spero che possa tornare presto in Cina.

Besides the explanation, guidance, and inquiry, Valeria has given me deeper insight into Italian culture while she helps finds ways to connect trends in the U.S. to those in Italy. It all makes for interesting conversation and pushes me with my writing and grammar.
