Laura is the best speaking partner I’ve ever had! I took about 30 conversation lessons with her, and she’s the first teacher who truly got me talking. She’s incredibly supportive, always creating a safe space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Laura always shows real interest in what you say, asks thoughtful follow-up questions that help keep the conversation flowing naturally, and you never feel judged or afraid to make mistakes. At the same time, she somehow manages to take detailed notes during the lesson, and we go through them at the end — super helpful for learning. I always leave her classes feeling confident, motivated, and looking forward to the next one!

The class was so interesting that it flew by like a new 3 hour Christopher Nolan epic.

Hi Laura, I found our lesson today particularly productive and really liked the way you helped me go through new words and differentiate their nuances. I also learnt many colloquial expressions like "wing it" and "white as a sheet". Thank you! It feels quite different from simply looking up words in the dictionary or on chatgpt, where I often forget the meaning of a word immediately afterward. I believe our brains tend to associate things with emotions and real-life contexts, which helps with memorisation. We should do it again besides our conversations.
