The course was well prepared, the teacher was engaging, caring and knowledgable. She really helps with the speaking and build confidence on learning.

Very competent teacher with a well thought out structure and a healthy teaching dynamic. Thanks to today's lesson on italki, I saved a lot of time and cramming and got answers to many relevant questions for the exam. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte nur eine Unterrichtsstunde mit Frau Meißler, aber schon in dieser kurzen Zeit konnte sie mir sehr weiterhelfen. Sie hat mir wichtige Informationen gegeben, die ich für eine bevorstehende Prüfung brauche, und besonders beim Sprechen unterstützt. Zu Beginn hat sie mir eine breite Auswahl an Themen angeboten, was ich sehr hilfreich fand. Das Gespräch war interessant und motivierend. Frau Meißler ist eine sehr freundliche Lehrerin, der das Wohl ihrer Schüler spürbar am Herzen liegt. Sie gibt sich viel Mühe, den passenden Weg für den Lernenden zu finden. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Unfortunately, the whole process was rushed. I was not asked about my goals, my level wasn't assessed. The teacher spoke more than me and did not allow me to finish my sentence sometimes. In my first lesson, I wish we could speak about my goals and objectives, to build a detailed plan, of how are we going to achieve this, instead, we talked about a random topic where most of the time the teacher was speaking.
