I studied Japanese literature at a university in Kyoto. After that, I worked as an editor for a publishing house and as a mail-order planner. I studied as a Japanese teacher and taught Japanese at a Japanese school to international students from various countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and China. After that, I obtained a Career Consulting Technician Level 2 qualification and counseled Japanese people. I am still studying psychology and Japanese education.
私は京都の大学で日本文学を勉強しました。それから、出版社の編集、通信販売の企画の仕事をしました。日本語教師の勉強をし、日本語学校でオーストラリア、ニュージーランド、アイルランド、中国などさまざまな国の留学生に日本語を教えました。その後、キャリア・コンサルティング技能士2級の資格を取り、日本人のカウンセリングも行ってきました。今も心理学や、日本語教育についてさらに勉強をつづけています。
When teaching Japanese, it is interesting to think about how to make studying fun and explain it in an easy-to-understand. It is also important to find out the challenges of the learners. I also enjoy playing Japanese roles in business.

また、ビジネス上の日本語のロールプレーなども楽しいですね。

Noriko sensei is a wonderful teacher. She allows for free conversation while guiding me to new vocabulary and idioms. Our lessons feel natural and friendly, yet I come away each time with more confidence and better communication skills. Her corrections are notes are very useful and always done in a way that doesn't slow the conversation down.
