CELTA-certified English teacher since 2015, passionate about making English click for kids (and busy adults too!). Fluent in Arabic and conversational in French/Spanish/German—I’ve been the student, I've been in your shoes, so I get the frustration and fun of language learning. Whether we’re exploring grammar through fun games or chatting about your favourite hobby, let’s make every mistake a step forward.
I have studied several different languages at different stages in my life, so I understand the struggles you face when learning a new language and I know that this helps me in being a great teacher for adults as well as children. During my lessons, it's all about you, the student. Lessons are tailored to each individual to make sure you goal.
My lessons are student centred, focus on individual needs and always work towards achieving personal goals.
With adults, I keep the lessons focused around the student's interests to keep them engaged and motivated. I support students in achieving their goals and always focus on natural communication and real life situations. We look at grammar and vocabulary to help students gain confidence, knowledge and to improve communication.
With children, I aim to keep the lesson fun and engaging while also educational. I believe children learn best by natural exposure to the language and when they are having fun and feeling relaxed. Therefore, I include games, stories and interactive activities.Mes ressources d'enseignement

Senior TeacherDuring my time as senior teacher, I worked mostly with children. This experience taught me to be a lot more creative when planning lessons and made my lessons more upbeat.
During this time, I was also responsible for the planning of seasonal events and the creating of the materials used, so I became more detail oriented when researching and look for material to use.

Language AssistantThis was my first long term teaching position and I feel the most educational. During this year, I got to work along side and observe teachers with years of experience and I was lucky enough to have them help me and guide with my teaching.
I feel that this experience made me as a teacher more resourceful and understanding of what materials and activities are most beneficial for students of different ages, interests and learning abilities.

My daughter very much enjoyed her lesson. Mysara was very patient when my baby girl decided to do something totally different than what she should have. After the lesson was over, my baby girl asked me to book one right away again ("5 days in the week"). I'm sure it wasn't so easy for Mysara but it was a real success for my daughter.
