Sailaja

Sailaja is helping me transcribe my interviews in Telugu. I am finding the process invaluable for learning about the Telugu language and culture, and Sailaja takes the opportunity to explain linguistically relevant points which come up in the recordings.

Sailaja is a fantastic teacher! She always comes with a good lesson plan for class, and makes sure to tailor the lesson to real everyday conversations (instead of teaching language so formal that it isn't used by locals). She also makes sure to tailor the lesson to my interests and to things that I'd like to know how to say. I've really enjoyed learning Telugu with her each week, and recommend her to any beginners looking to learn Telugu.

An excellent lesson

Ms. Sailaja is an excellent teacher! She is teaching conversational Telugu language for my 9 year old. She brings in so much positive energy and passion to the classes. She is extremely kind and knows how to teach kids and make it fun along the way. I was specifically impressed with the lesson plan and materials Ms. Sailaja thoughtfully curated specifically for my child. She is always on time and very responsive. We are very lucky to have found her and excited about my child's growth and learning and cannot wait when my child starts applying these learnings with her grandparents.
