Learn English or German with the support of an experienced professional teacher and language coach. Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm from the city of Sydney in Australia. My native language is English, and I also speak German fluently. Having spent 20 years teaching mathematics before shifting my focus to language education, I draw on extensive teaching experience to specialise in helping my students develop confidence in their language abilities. I teach both English and German here on italki. English lessons: I help you improve your English communication skills so you will be able to successfully interact with native speakers in English. My English lessons are best for: - Adults who already have a general knowledge of English grammar, but need to improve their speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing and comprehension skills - Students who plan to live in or visit Australia or who are native German speakers German lessons: I teach German in English, so beginner and intermediate students can improve their understanding without the added pressure of being taught in the language itself. I offer structured grammar lessons as well as lessons focusing on more advanced text analysis. My German lessons are best for: - English speakers who would like to deepen their understanding of German grammar and vocabulary I also provide comprehensive language and life coaching services, plus mathematics lessons for high school students. **Please read the lesson descriptions below for more details** -- Note: I only teach adults and teenagers, not young children (minimum age 12) --

Michelle is friendly and ready to help you with finding the right word to express your thoughts. She asked some questions about my level and goals in English.
