I’ve taken lessons with Ashley for several years now and she has helped me grow so much in my Korean speaking journey! When I first started taking lessons with her, I wasn’t able to form Korean sentences very easily and had a hard time communicating simple thoughts and sentences about myself. However, after chatting with her in Korean over the years, her patience and friendly energy during our lessons has consistently improved my confidence in Korean, and I always leave class feeling like I’ve learned new ways to express myself. Whenever I forget how to say something, she always graciously teaches me new words that I can review on my own. Ashley’s lessons help me expand my speaking vocabulary while making me laugh as if I’m conversing with a friend. I would highly recommend her teaching for anyone seeking to speak Korean naturally and comfortably! Wow!!!!! I can't express how much I enjoyed her lesson even tho it was my first time taking it from her! I didn't know which of her lesson I should take before booking, so I asked her prior and she was taking care of me super nicely and kindly!!!! At the actual lesson, I laughed a lot, talked a lot and learned so much! I love how she teaches Korean! Also, I had a bunch of question, and she explained one by one with such an excellent explanation, especially regarding the pronunciation! She explained so clearly and she kept evaluating mine until I caught the right pronounce! An hour lesson wasn't enough for me haha! I didn't wanna leave the class! I can't wait for the next lesson with her! I love her already as my 쌤!!!! 수정 쌤!!! 너무 재미있는 수업 해줘서 정말 감사함니당!!! 다음 주 또 만아요~~~!!!! ^^ <3

I’m learning Korean as a hobby, so it’s important for me to have fun while studying. Ashley makes lessons both fun and productive. I always feel comfortable in our classes and feel like we could talk for hours:) I can see my progress step by step. Even though I still struggle a lot, Ashley is patient, understanding, and always ready to help. I also appreciate learning the nuances of Korean and getting little insights into everyday life in Korea. 선생님, 감사합니다 ❤️

Ashley先生との初めてのレッスンでしたが、とてもフレンドリーな先生なので緊張もすぐほぐれて、とても楽しかったです！！ まだ韓国語を始めたばかりなので、文章を作るのに時間がかかってしまいましたが、Ashley先生は根気よく待ってくれるし、たくさん質問してくださる事で、私が話す機会も作ってくださって、今まで勉強した韓国語を実際に会話の中で練習することができて、とても有意義なレッスンでした！！감사합니다♡ It was my first lesson with Ashley but she was so friendly and caring that I was able to have such a good time! Furthermore, even though I’m still beginner in Korean and take time to make sentences, she was very patient with me and let me try to speak that I was able to use what I’ve learned so far in the conversation which was absolutely helpful to the improvement of my Korean!

I’ve had a few lessons with Ashley and since the first lesson, she has been super easy to talk to like a friend, which makes every lesson enjoyable and comfortable. I’ve started to gain more confidence with my speaking and pronunciation thanks to her encouragement and patience, and I feel really glad to have come across a teacher like her to help me with my journey to become more fluent in Korean.
