I’ll help you understand not just what to say, but how and why. I have a linguistics degree (First Class Honors, Chulalongkorn University; German major, English minor), 10+ years as a translator, and have been teaching Thai since 2020. My lessons are clear, structured, and tailored to your goals, with real-life usage and cultural insight. I can also share insights on Buddhism, Thai Traditional Medicine and more. I have in-depth knowledge of Thai and a strong command of English (TOEIC score 965/990) and understand not just the main idea of a message but also the subtle nuances of its meaning and these are some of the things I can deliver you. My teaching style is much explained in the second part of my video (student's review)—please check it out! In general, it is thorough, creative, interesting and fun. My lessons are tailored to each student. I will cover the skills (reading, writing or conversation) and topics that you want to focus on. We can also have fun by watching films and playing games where you learn some Thai in the process. I will also explain the cultural aspects involved so you have greater insight into what you learn and can better utilize them.
