Having spent time learning French, Chinese and Spanish, I know what it is like to learn a language. I’m a good listener and will take into account your needs and goals so that we can have sessions which work best for you. I can help you to improve your conversational skills but I can also assist with other skills like your writing, all the way up to high level academic writing like university essays/applications.
I will also try to share with you some language learning best practices throughout our sessions so that you know how to efficiently achieve your language learning goals and also fast-track your progress through self study.Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
I deliver conversation based lessons in which we discuss a topic which interests you or an interesting topic, article or video I've sent you. It is difficult to remember corrections in the heat of the moment. So instead I will prioritize giving you time to speak, take notes, and then after you've finished speaking make some comments and after class share feedback with you in written or audio form about how you might correct some key mistakes or express something more idiomatically to sound more natural. That way you can focus on communicating during class and then review the feedback in a more considered way when your brain can take it in!Mes ressources d'enseignement
