Stephanie

I have been studying with Stephanie for over a year and have greatly improved my Swedish through our lessons. She does a great job highlighting areas where improvement is needed and guides study to those areas with an emphasis on both vocabulary and grammar in service of clearer communication. Whether you're interested in starting Swedish or know some of the language and would like to continue improving, I definitely recommend lessons with Stephanie!

Stephanie does a great job integrating all elements of communication; reading, writing, speaking, and listening/understanding Swedish. The homework is the right level of challenge, and is helping me to improve quickly.

I have had 13 lessons with Stefanie up till now. I have learned a lot from her. She uses a Google docs document where she writes the words you use while speaking with her. This list has grown quite large. After every lesson she will give some homework for next time. After all these lessons I believe Stefanie is a real good teacher (she used to be one in Sweden too, which is a plus).

Great first class with good information and lesson practice.

Great patience with my six and eight year old as they attempted a video lesson. My kids had fun and Stephanie gave us some good suggestions for furthering their Swedish outside of a lesson.
