I have been taking lessons with Luis for a few months now and he is nothing short of terrific! I thoroughly enjoy every lesson we have and always leave feel energized, uplifted, and looking forward to the next one. He is organized and leverages tools like Google Classroom and Zoom Annotations to help me get the most out of each lesson. The activities and conversations we have in class are always fun and interesting. Already I have noticed significant improvements in my ability to use the preterit and present perfect. I also have noticed a big improvement in my vocabulary thanks to Luis' great homework suggestions and despite the fact that I haven't ever used flashcards, etc. Looking forward to many more great lessons!

I have had several lessons with Luis His classes are always interesting and enjoyable. He is able is able to gauge my pace of learning (i.e. he is able to personalize his lesson to conform to my needs.) I always have a good time when I'm taking a lesson. He is an extremely skillful teacher.

I have been studying with Luis for a few weeks now. He is always well prepared and in good humor. Since I am a bit of a perfectionist, he knows to zero in on small grammatical details as well as major corrections—but he never makes you feel insecure. Luis provides a variety of activities to reinforce every lesson. I have had a number of teachers throughout my Spanish journey and I thoroughly enjoy his energy and commitment to helping me learn.

Luis is friendly, engaging, and an excellent teacher. He used TPRS to help me use more Spanish in a structured setting. Well done.
