Originally from a small town in the UK, where, unfortunately, it always rains, I moved abroad seeking sunshine and adventure. This journey sparked my passion for languages. For me, learning a language is expansive, opening doors to new cultures, ideas, and connections. I speak Spanish, and I find real joy in being able to connect with people I never would have met without learning their language.
As both a teacher and a language learner myself, I understand how challenging (and rewarding) learning a language can be. I hold a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and have 11+ years of experience teaching students of diverse nationalities and levels.
My goal is effective learning. I believe language learning should be an enjoyable and motivating journey, not a chore. We learn best by doing. My classes are conversation-focused but follow a clear and structured approach. I explain concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way and then guide you through targeted practice so you can apply what you’ve learned with confidence.
We also learn best when we enjoy what we’re doing. My classes are creative, dynamic, and interactive, designed to make learning an enjoyable and motivating experience. The activities are designed to reinforce the lesson content, ensuring that by the end of each session, you have a solid understanding of what was covered.
