今日は先生と仕事の話題でたくさん話して、とても楽しかった🥰

These lessons are really helpful because they show me what I need to focus on when I study alone. I'm at the point now where I have a lot of the basics down, so it's sometimes hard to know what to study next without feeling overwhelmed. Using news articles as a starting place gives the lesson direction, and then we can go into detail about grammar I don't understand. I also enjoy reading about current events in Japan, so that's a bonus for me! After the lesson, I study the information we covered using the feedback and notes さゆりさん sends me. It is a perfect system for me!

I feel very motivated to study after my lesson! I appreciate the guidance on what to practice, and that I'm getting out of my comfort zone by talking about new subjects. さゆりさん is a great tutor!

One of the my favorite things about my lessons is さゆりさん always explains in a way that I can understand, in Japanese. So I'm getting so much listening practice while also learning new grammar and vocabulary!

This was a very encouraging first lesson! さゆりさん took the time to get to know me and my learning goals, and showed me some ideas for how future lessons might go. I really appreciated the structure and focus on the lesson. I will definitely be taking more lessons with さゆりさん!
