Leyla completely transformed my Turkish speaking ability over the course of a few months. When I started lessons with her, I struggled to speak with confidence, always stuttering and hesitating and second-guessing myself, often giving up mid-sentence in exasperation. It was also a great struggle to understand what I was hearing in a conversation; I’d get stuck on one word and then lose the trail of the rest of the sentence. Now, thanks to Leyla, I am able to effortlessly comprehend and express myself confidently in ways I never thought I’d be able to. Leyla makes you feel totally comfortable while challenging you to expand your linguistic capabilities. Class with her feels like chatting with an old friend, but one who is really dedicated to strengthening your language skills. Thank you Leyla!!

After a few months of lessons, I'm quite amazed how much I've learnt ☺️ Most of all, the lessons and the exercises are fun to me, but Leyla is like a good gym trainer who finds ways to make you do three more push-ups & go the extra mile. She has a great understanding of how languages work & what nuances you should pay attention to, she can find examples from other languages to explain what a word means *exactly* & while she'll find you tons of fun extras & challenges, she's also responsible & reliable which I also appreciate a lot! I'm very grateful for this learning experience 😍
