HI~ This is Jessie, a native Chinese speaker with great enthusiasm in cross cultural communication/ interaction. The idea of being an online teacher came to me when I began to learn English remotely, The flexibility and the infinity of online teaching appealed to me deeply, so I am here, really looking forward to have a pleasant learning journey with you.Moi en tant que professeur
As a teacher,
(1) I have solid professional background in Chinese teaching. I got a Bachelor Degree on Chinese Language and Culture, after that I pursued a Master Degree on Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in HongKong university of science and technology.
(2) I have abundant teaching experience. During the MA program, I worked as an assistant teacher in HKUST. Besides, I used to work as a calligraphy teacher and Chinese teacher teaching for local students in middle school.

Student is the center of our class. For the curriculum design, the teaching material is designed based on HSK standard course and Encounters: Chinese Language and Culture. For teaching approach, I prefer task-based and project-based approach in which I organize the course by setting a series of small tasks. By doing the tasks, you can make authentic connections between the language and the using context, and at the same time, get enough practicing. Of course, I will adjust the teaching content, pace and approach appropriately according to your learning purpose, your motivation and your learning habit.Mes ressources d'enseignement

There was some technical difficulties on my end but she was very accommodation and we were able to work through them. Good accent and was very prepared with study materials.

I have used 4 teachers on this app trying to find someone that wants to help me learn Chinese as much as I want to learn Chinese. Jessie was by far the best teacher I've had on here - no one else has even been close. If you want a teacher, Jessie should be your first choice.
