Mana

I absolutely loved this lesson with Mana! I'm very much a beginner (I have only studied the first two lessons in Genki I before this lesson). Mana conducted the lesson almost entirely in Japanese, which surprised me, but very pleasantly. I wasn't expecting that at all, and I would have expected it to not be possible at my very early stage in the learning process. But Mana used very basic vocabulary, and very occasionally helped out in English when I just couldn't grasp what was being said or written. But what I loved about this is that it forces you to concentrate much more when not able to use your native language, and it felt like such an achiement to complete a lesson in that way. Most importantly it has helped my confidence in my own ability to read, hear and speak japanese greatly which of course is a huge plus. Mana is a great tutor, and I'm very much looking forward to our next lesson. ありがとうございます！

Mana-sensei has everything you want in an Japanese teacher. She's really good at defining Japanese words, in Japanese, without stitching to English. She always understands my struggling sentences and offers the more natural way of saying the same thing. Most of all she is very pleasant, and always fun to talk to. Definitely one of my favorite teachers. Period.

Mana 先生 is always patient, friendly and encouraging. I enjoy every lesson we have together and it's been great to have her guidance as I'm self-learning from the Genki textbook. どもうありがとうございます〜

Another great lesson from Mana. I'm very happy with my choice of tutor. She keeps the lesson relaxed, whilst working you hard at the same time (in a good way!). Very friendly, helpful when needed of course, and explains things really well when.

ManaSan is wonderfull! I had 7 hours of conversation lessons with her, and each time my japanese improve. ManaSan is super kind, always smiling, and that makes the lessons really enjoyable. We have real and casual conversations about many things: cinema, food, photos, travels, differentes cultures etc... She always brings new vocabulary on these topics, and she also corrects my grammar if it's not good or doesnt sound natural for a native speaker. I higly recommend ManaSan as your japanese teacher!
