Maija is not only patient and understanding in how students learn a language, but also organised regarding her teaching and the materials she uses, which I appreciate. I'm not the most committed or engaged student and I typically lose motivation, but having Maija as my teacher has helped a lot in continuing my Finnish studies.

Maija is a wonderful teacher. We only had one lesson, but she prepared a lot and furthermore she gave me some task beforehand, so the lesson was structured, even though it was the 1st our meeting. If you are looking for qualified teacher who is passionate about languages, she is the one you are looking for😃 Looking forward for the next lesson!

Maija is pleasant and teaches both by talking as if she were a Finn you met in a social function and at the same time preparing some grammar and illustrating this with examples. You learn Finnish without really realizing it.
