I've done several lessons with 吴老师, and they have all been excellent. I am at a high-beginner/low-intermediate level, and she comes prepared with discussion topics that we can talk about freely. As we talk, she transcribes our conversation in a more correct form, and calls out things I can study to do better. She also makes sure to introduce just the right amount of new vocabulary each lesson. She sends all of these notes after the lesson, along with a preview so I can prepare for our next lesson. Overall, these lessons have been very productive. I'm getting more time listening and speaking than I have with most teachers, and definitely more than group classes. At the end of 45 minutes, my brain has always had a strong workout. Thanks 吴老师！

This is my 7th lesson so far with teacher Wu and she's been amazing. She's engaging, prepares an abundant of materials to learn, and goes out of her way to make sure the materials are relevant. I wanted to learn medical Chinese, and although there were specialized medical terms she was unfamiliar with, I could tell she took a lot of time to look them up prior to class to ensure that I am learning the correct terminologies and to make the class more efficient. Every lesson was very relevant and customized to my needs. Teacher Wu is very invested in her students' learning and I'd highly recommend her. Will definitely continue taking lessons with her.
