Hi! My name is Cynthia, and I’m originally from Hamburg, Germany. I speak German, English, and Spanish fluently, and I’ve always had a passion for exploring the world. By the age of 22, I had already lived in five different countries—Spain (Barcelona), England (Lancaster), Poland (Szczecin), and Mexico (Tijuana). I’m currently based in the beautiful city of Cancún, Mexico.
Professionally, I also work as the Supervisor of the office of the to the Honorary Consul of Germany in Cancún.

I’m a passionate, open-minded teacher with over 10 years of experience. I speak English and Spanish at a fluent level and learned both from scratch, so I understand the challenges of language learning firsthand. My lessons focus on fluency, confidence, and vocabulary-building through engaging, personalized conversations. I’ve taught students of all ages, mostly adults who want to improve their speaking skills or prepare for exams. Lessons may include speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary and exam preparation to build practical, real-world language skills. You’ll speak most of the time, with my support and corrections. I provide clear materials, optional homework, and regular feedback to track progress.
