I’m Katherine, a native Chinese speaker from China. I like chatting with people who come from all over the world and I also enjoy teaching Chinese and sharing Chinese culture. consistent lessons with Katherine help me in enormous way on my (very long) journey to hsk 6! i couldnt do this without her help, she is always prepared and ready for another lesson!

As always a great lesson :) we are still preparing for hsk 6 as last time I was only missing 10 points which was amazing for a short amount of time I was learning :)

I've only been with Katherine for two lessons now, but believe me when I say that's enough to know that she's a fantastic teacher. She's so patient and encouraging, and she speaks exactly at the level and speed she needs to to be understood. Even when I'm creating completely nonsensical Chinese sentences, I feel comfortable with her which I believe is super important for growth. I think she's among the best of what iTalki has to offer.
