Personalmente, como profesor me gusta escuchar primero a mis estudiantes y adaptar el proceso de aprendizaje a sus necesidades e objetivos. Intento hacer que el/la aprendiz se sienta cómodo, pero al mismo tiempo que asuma riesgos y se atreva a probar nuevos retos que le harán progresar.
