Je suis très à l’écoute des objectifs de chacun et j’adapte toujours ma pédagogie en fonction du profil de l’apprenant. Si je remarque que la personne apprend mieux de façon visuelle, j’utilise davantage de supports imagés : illustrations, couleurs, schémas… Si l’étudiant est plus à l’aise à l’écrit, je propose des activités orales sous forme de jeux récurrents pour l’aider à gagner en fluidité et en confiance. Mon objectif est que chaque élève se sente soutenu, compris et motivé tout au long de son parcours.
