I took lessons with Kate to improve my conversational Macedonian and highly recommend her! She is engaging, energetic, and does an excellent job of of keeping the conversation flowing naturally while correcting my mistakes in a helpful way. She uses practical, real-life examples and taught me many colloquial expressions that would not be found in the dictionary. I also enjoyed learning more about Macedonian culture through her lessons. Highly recommended!

I am having a lot of fun with Andri's lessons. Besides learning a lot, I feel very understood in my needs and wants. I like how we incorporate things that I am busy with in my daily life into the lessons, so that I not only understand the language but can actively use everything I've learned instantly. I can see that Andi cares about the language and the teaching of it a lot, which makes me very enthusiastic as well. After each lesson she sends notes of what is discussed, and a little homework assignment. During our first lesson, she provided an amazing PDF file with a lot of basic words, sentences, grammar tips and much more. This really helped to start things off. Overall I would definitely recommend Andri as a Macedonian teacher!

I started my journey to learn the Macedonian language together with Jadranka a few years ago. And now due to her teaching skills, constant engagement and adaptation per specific student needs, I am capable of keeping up a conversation with local people when I travel there, and even starting reading classical Macedonian literature. Jadranka enabled this progress for me and made an introduction to the rich Macedonian culture.

Vaska is hands down the best tutor you can get! She is incredibly interactive, helpful, and knowledgeable on all things Macedonian. I completed 12 lessons with her, and learned so much. I will be moving to Macedonia next week, and feel comfortable with the language I have learned to get around and talk with others--Highly Recommend!!!

Had a quick lesson with Biljana to prepare me with some phrases for a short trip to Macedonia. Biljana understood my needs immediately and helped me translate some useful phrases in a very efficient manner. She also provided me with additional cultural context. It was evident that she is very knowledgeable about the language and if I ever decide to expand my Macedonian knowledge, Biljana would be my first choice!

Thanks for the lesson!! Today we studied the numbers in Macedonian and learnt to say when is birthday. Little by little I’m adding vocabulary with this new language and I’m impress how fun it is to learn it :)

Excellent!!!!!! I have a problem with some of the sounds of the Macedonian alphabet. Elena is so patient. I wanted to learn a few phrases to study and she gave them to me. It's going to take me a few tries but she made a recording for me to study on my own time. Whe great and I am very pleased with her. She is helpful, professional and very knowledgeable.
