Hi! I have been teaching Swedish for a couple of years and I have a good idea which words are important if you want to be able to communicate with people in real life. I have had students that hardly knew the alphabet when I started to teach them and I have had students that already spoke quite good Swedish when I met them. I am flexible as a teacher and I try to adapt my teaching to what my students need.

As a teacher, I encourage my students to speak freely and make mistakes. I believe that the fear of making mistakes is what often holds us back from learning, so my main goal is to help you feel confident and relaxed when speaking. I’m engaging, patient, and flexible, and I always try to identify each student’s needs in order to tailor the class to the person.

Polyglot specialized in learning I've previous experiences as an informal teacher. While studying at the university I offered private lessons in both Swedish and Italian. Primarily for me, it's really important to understand the student's level so that I can plan the lesson in advance with the most proper material. I'm patient and I tend to give a lot of space to the student during my lessons.

Lets talk swedish! As a teacher I am very patient, easy going and pedagogical. I like to think of my lessons as a relaxed, safe space to express yourself at the level that you are on. I believe the biggest factor to learning a language is having the courage to make mistakes! Actually, I am convinced there are no mistakes when it comes to learning, only lessons!

Although it might sound cliché, I really do believe that with the right mindset, anything is possible. That’s why I always aim to make learning feel relaxed, positive, and fun. I’m super patient and genuinely enjoy helping others. Over the years, I’ve tutored in a bunch of different subjects, and it’s such a great feeling to see someone improve and grow more confident. My goal here is to help you feel the same way while learning Swedish, at your own pace and in a way that works for you.

Professional language nerd with ten years of teaching experience I have a Bachelor's degree in Swedish, as well as ten years of teaching experience as of 2025. I have taught both privately and in various schools (most recently at Berlitz), worked with children and adults across a variety of levels, needs, and formality registers, both online and in person. As someone who has learned other languages before, I've experienced all the obstacles myself, and we will overcome them together, and make it so you can reach your goals - no matter what they are.

Native Swedish Tutor | Conversation-Based Lessons from Beginner to Advanced I'm a patient and supportive teacher who understands what it’s like to learn a new language—I’ve studied several myself. That experience helps me explain things clearly, share useful learning tips, and understand where students might get stuck. I always adapt my lessons to your pace, goals, and learning style. I’ve taught both language and science as a substitute teacher and worked with teenagers in low-income areas to help them improve their grades and build confidence. I bring that same supportive approach to every lesson.

As a teacher, I think it's really important to be patient and a good listener as I think it's important to listen to my students and their needs. My goal is therefore to make the students speak providing them a very relaxing atmosphere focusing mainly on their subjects of interest so that they can feel comfortable and motivated to talk about the things they like the most.

Teaching 11 languages, currently learning 3 more When teaching I take both my schedule and my classes seriously. When a class is scheduled, it is part of my weekly plan and I get ready for it. I conduct a detailed journal of what I have been doing with my student, I write down every session, thus it is easy for me to check what we did on our past sessions. I used to teach more conventionally, meaning with my students being in the same room as me. In 2021 I started using Skype for my classes and things work out very well. I am always punctual as I respect the time my students take for our class, likewise I do appreciate if my students do the same.

Swedish is my native language but I live in Italy. Let's have some easygoing conversations! When you book your lesson please leave a 15 min space between the lessons. Thank You! I came to Italy to learn Italian, but before that I also studied french in Geneva and Paris. Conversation is for me the most important part of learning a language and I learned french and Italian really fast in this way. I am often available on weekends. Welcome! Jag kom till Italien för att lära mig italienska, men innan dess studerade jag också franska i Genève och Paris. Samtal är för mig den viktigaste delen av att lära sig ett språk, och jag lärde mig franska och italienska mycket snabbt på det sättet. Jag är ofta tillgänglig under helgerna. Välkommen!

I really like to help other people out, and it means a lot to me when I can help someone get a clear idea of something they had struggled to understand. I try to listen to my students and take their suggestions into account. Often the lessons become quite personalised and it feels like we have designed them together. My students say that I’m friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at explaining fine nuances of meaning.

Language learning made fun through creative and interactive means I don't like to call myself a teacher because of the connotation in my brain. I see a teacher as someone traditionally teaching grammar structures in a classroom and having students study one long wordlist after the other, but that's just my perception! I'd call myself a tutor because I like to teach people Swedish informally and using all the creative means I can to get words and expressions to stick with them. Being a calm and patient person also makes me into an ideal tutor!
