Since 2013, I have taught in one of the universities in Turkey. Personally, I wouldn't only think about experience when it comes to finding a good teacher. I have seen many naive teachers who do a great job or vice versa. I guess good teaching is some sort of agreement between the personality and the requirements of the job of teaching.
