التوبة :
It is means you quiet the sins without any wish to back to them, and regretting that you had done them .
الاستفغار:
Ask Allah for forgiveness

التوبة هى ترك معصية اوذنب كنت تفعلة وتنوى عدم الرجوع اليه اما الاستغفار فهوان تطلب من الله ان يغفر لك هذا الذنب وتطلب منه ان يسامحك على هذا الذنب
