Present progressive and passive voice in Spanish.

Knowing how to use properly the verbs "Ser" and "Estar" will help you to state The Progressive Present and The Passive voice in Spanish. The Progressive Present  is done using the verb "Estar", while The Passive Voice is done using verb "Ser", always, conjugated in the third person of singular or plural.

I want to say that I am doing bread right now in Spanish, What's the correct way to state it?

If I want to say that the bread is done by someone at 3:00 p.m, but, I don't know who that person is and I want to state it with Passive Voice, how should I do it?

"El pan está hecho a las 3:00 p.m" and "El pan es hecho a las 3:00 p.m" are two sentences that are grammatically correct, yet, there is a difference between them. What is it?

With verb "estar" it means that the bread is ready at 3:00 p.m and with "ser" that is done a 3:00 p.m by someone (not necessarily ready)

With "Estar" it means that the bread is made using wheat but could be done from other material. With "Ser" it means thati it is usually made of wheat.

Do you have in Spanish "breads" that aren't made of wheat?

With "Estar" it just means that the bread is ready and with "Ser" it means somebody does it.
