Hello! My name is Evelyn. I am from California but currently living in Oaxaca, Mexico. I am a native Spanish and English speaker. I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and Education. I love being in nature and exploring the outdoors. In my downtime I like to read books, work out, and learn a new skills. I enjoy meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.

I am a very patient and understanding person. I want you to feel comfortable talking to me, don't be afraid of making mistakes. I am here to guide you and help you improve your English. My goal as a teacher is to cultivate a positive learning environment and create a trusting relationship with you as a student.

I believe the best way to learn is through hands on learning, that is why my lessons consist of interactive conversation. There will be a lot of free flow conversation based on your interests and goals. I will create lessons that speak to your unique needs.
