Students listen to a dialogue in which a new employee asks her manager about the company's rules, procedures, and policies. There are vocabulary building, speaking and grammar exercises.

At the end of the lesson students participate in a group role play activity where they practice using the vocabulary to ask and answer questions about company policies. The worksheet focuses on structures and modal verbs of obligation and permission.
