INTRODUCTION: Going to college or university in America is a dream for many in other countries. The Coming to America series presents the Going to College course consisting of 4 classes which provide you with valuable information to help you better prepare yourself for a safe and successful college experience in America. IN THIS COURSE: You will be presented with helpful information about studying in university in America, culture shock, surviving an active shooter event on campus and have the opportunity to ask and get answers to the questions you have about the American college experience and America. THIS COURSE IS FOR: Those from countries outside America who want to attend university in America with good listening and speaking skills. PREPARATION: Please see Course Schedule and Agenda for each class. ***NOTE: Message me your request if: (1) you've already taken one or more of the individual classes so don't want to enroll in the whole course but see one or more classes that you would like to take separately OR (2) if you would like to enroll in the course, but the scheduled time doesn't fit your schedule.
