А вот и моя́ кварти́ра. Здра́вствуй, мой но́вый дом! Я до́лго ждал О́льгу в аэропорту́. Но ничего́. В э́то вре́мя я изуча́л ка́рту Москвы́.Я ви́дел, где я бу́ду жить.  Э́то о́чень хоро́ший райо́н. Мой о́фис недалеко́. Я могу́ ходи́ть на рабо́ту пешко́м.ьРя́дом с до́мом есть большо́й парк. Моя́ кварти́ра о́чень ую́тная. У меня́ есть гости́ная,  спа́льня, ку́хня и ва́нная. And here is my apartment. Hello, my new home! I waited long for Olga at the airport. But it’s fine. During that time, I studied a map of Moscow. I saw where I was going to live. This is a very nice area. My office is near. I can go on foot to work.Near my home, there’s a big park. My apartment is very cozy. I have a living room, a bedroom,  a kitchen and a bathroom. And a very nice balcony. I see the park from here. What a wonderful view!

但没关系。在那段时间，我研究了下莫斯科地图。我看到了我要住的地方。这是一个非常好的区域。我的办公室就在附近。 我可以步行去上班。我家附近有一个大公园。公寓非常舒适。有一间客厅、一间卧室、一间厨房和一间浴室。还有一个非常漂亮的阳台。我从那儿可以看到公园。 多么美妙的景色啊！

Et voici mon appartement. Bonjour, ma nouvelle maison! J'ai attendu longtemps Olga à l'aéroport. Mais ça va. Pendant ce temps, j’étudiais une carte de Moscou. J'ai vu où j'allais vivre.
C'est une région très agréable. Mon bureau est proche. Je peux aller au travail à pied.
Près de chez moi, il y a un grand parc.
  Mon appartement est très confortable.
J'ai un salon, une chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain.
Et un très joli balcon.
  Je vois le parc d'ici. Quelle vue magnifique !

In today episode, we will talk about the italian tradition of the Befana.

In questa puntata vediamo la storia della nutella, la crema spalmabile più famosa d'Italia. 
Ecco parte del testo:

La Nutella® è una crema spalmabile inventata in Italia nel 1964 e oggi famosa in tutto il mondo. La Nutella nasce nelle colline delle Langhe, in Piemonte, dove c'è l'ingrediente principale: la nocciola.  La Nutella piace a tutti, bambini, ragazzi e adulti. Inoltre si mangia in ogni momento della giornata: al mattino a colazione, al pomeriggio a merenda e alla sera come dolce.  Qual è il motivo del suo grande successo? Ripercorriamo l'incredibile storia di questo famoso prodotto italiano.  Siamo ad Alba, in Piemonte, subito dopo la seconda guerra mondiale. A quel tempo è molto difficile trovare il cacao, ma il pasticcere Pietro Ferrero, nel suo laboratorio di dolci, riesce a trasformare questo problema in una grande opportunità. Pietro inventa una pasta dolce con poco cacao, zucchero e nocciole, raccolte in abbondanza in queste terre. Nel 1946 nasce l'antenato della Nutella: il Giandujot. Ha la forma di un panetto1 avvolto dalla carta stagnola, è solido e può essere tagliato a fette da mettere sul pane. Pietro lo chiama il "dolce degli umili", cioè il dolce di quelle persone modeste come operai, muratori, contadini, che nell'ora della colazione possono comprarlo a basso costo e mangiarlo in mezzo a due fette di pane. L'estate del 1949 però è particolarmente .....
