Además de formar parte importante en la vida de los mexicanos, nuestra comida es reconocida por su creatividad, diversidad, trascendencia; se compone de platillos en los que se refleja la riqueza cultural y de sabores que se ha acumulado a través del tiempo, desde la época prehispánica que se mezcla con la colonial e incluso la contemporánea.

Así que ya lo sabes, este día conmemora a nuestra gastronomía cocinando y comiendo platillos como los tacos, el pozole, los tamales, las quesadillas, las tlayudas, un rico mole, enchiladas o chilaquiles, todo hecho con ingredientes del campo mexicano.
