 えー「道がいそがしいです」。うん、 「きのう道がいそがしかったです」
これは言うことができません。はい、私のせいとが 最近これを言いました。 
はい、じゃこれ正しい日本語はなんですか？はい、「道がこんでいます」

ですね、「きのう道がこんでいました」です。はい、じゃあ次、
・the city is busy  え。いそがしい町、「私が住んでいる町はいそがしい町です」 
うん、これは言うことが言うことができません

正しいえー、日本語はなんですか。”にぎやかな街（まち）”ですね。はい、「にぎやかな町に住みたい」、”いそしい街（まち）”うんうんうん、まちがいではないんですが、例えば、例えばですよ、
この街（まち）の人はみんなあー、朝から夜までずっとはたらいている、「いそがしい街（まち）だ」 など言うことができますが、”にぎやかな街”とちがう意味ですよ。

はい、これが、私がよく聞くまちがえた日本語、直訳（ちょくやく）、日本語、literal translation　ですね直訳（ちょくやく）の日本語です。はい、みなさん気を付けてください。

Negotiation is a cornerstone of leadership. From securing contracts to resolving team conflicts, leaders must navigate agreements that benefit all parties. Here's how to excel at this vital skill:

1. Know Your BATNA: Before entering negotiations, determine your Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). This empowers you to walk away if an offer falls short of your needs. A strong BATNA strengthens your position and gives you room to make concessions.

2. Collaborative Spirit: Aim for win-win solutions. Leaders understand successful negotiation isn't about dominance, but building long-term relationships. Focus on common interests and identify areas where compromise can create mutual benefit.

3. Active Listening: Master the art of active listening. Pay close attention to the other party's needs and concerns. Ask clarifying questions to ensure you fully grasp their position. This fosters trust and allows you to tailor your approach.

4. Clear Communication: Articulate your goals and needs clearly, using strong communication skills.  Back up claims with data and evidence to support your arguments.  Be assertive, yet respectful, avoiding aggressive tactics that can damage relationships.

5. Leverage Body Language: Nonverbal cues speak volumes. Maintain confident eye contact, an upright posture, and avoid fidgeting. Projecting confidence strengthens your position and demonstrates your seriousness.

6. Be Flexible, Not Fixed: While you enter negotiations with clear goals, be prepared to adapt.  Unexpected issues may arise.  Maintain a flexible mindset, willing to consider alternative proposals that achieve your core objectives.

7. Patience is Key: Negotiations rarely happen overnight. Be patient, allowing time for discussion and counter-proposals. Don't rush the process to avoid settling for an unfavorable deal.

By mastering these strategies, leaders can transform negotiations from battles into opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.

En la actualidad celebramos la Independencia de México disfrutando de la gastronomía, servicios y productos culturales con los que nos hemos forjado una identidad. El Grito que dio el insurgente Miguel Hidalgo, la noche del 15 de septiembre que incitó una revuelta contra el Virreinato, se celebra gritando a todo pulmón lo que somos y lo que tenemos.

Vuelve el deporte nacional de El Grito de Independencia este 2022, tras una pausa debido a la pandemia. De nueva cuenta hay acceso libre al Zócalo y se llevará a cabo diferentes espectáculos que incluirán música y baile previo a la ceremonia del Grito.

Se llevará a cabo el Sorteo de la Lotería Nacional en punto de las 20:00 horas, la apertura de la Plaza de la Constitución a las 21:00 horas, y una hora después, a las 22:00, iniciará el espectáculo musical.

Las Fiestas Patrias en Huichapan Hidalgo, se ponen intensas porque todo comenzó aquí. Fue el primer sitio en donde se celebró el Grito de Independencia la madrugada del 16 de septiembre de 1812. En este lugar, se celebra a lo grande porque es la fiesta más especial del pueblo: Cabalgata Charra, charreadas, pasillos gastronómicos, exposiciones culturales y una representación en conmemoración del primer Grito de Independencia, después hay un espectáculo de juegos pirotécnicos y bailes populares.

¡El rugido de la Independencia será dado por los increíbles Tigres del Norte! Un concierto gratuito precedido por diversos invitados especiales, entre quienes estará el hijo del activista estadounidense por los derechos humanos, Martin Luther King.

こんばんは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

さて、今回は久しぶりに関西弁の話をしようと思います。
日本語のオンラインレッスンをしている時に、関西弁に興味がある方によく会います。標準語とは違うイントネーションがあって特徴的なので、好きな人も多いみたいですね。

アニメで関西弁がよく出てくることもあるので、そういうところから関西弁を知る人も多いようです。

で、僕は大阪で生まれ、30歳ぐらいまでずっと大阪で育ったので、強い関西弁、いわゆるコテコテな関西弁ではないですが、イントネーションは強くのこっています。今こうやって話している時も、たぶん関西弁のイントネーションが出てると思いますが、自分では気づいていないことも多いです。

妻も大阪出身なので、2人でいるとさらに関西弁が強くなります。ですので、今こうやって話している時よりも、いつもはもっと関西弁で話している、という感じです。

で、関西弁あるあるの話があります。
あるあるはそういうことがよくある、ということですね。そういう傾向がある。僕たちは日本でも4つの都道府県に住んだことがあって、僕は10回以上引越したことがあります。

それぞれの場所で、その土地の方言はあります。岡山もありますし、鳥取もありましたし、北海道もあります。だけど、関西弁がぬけることがありません。少しはその土地のイントネーションはうつるんですが、反対に、その土地の人が関西弁ぽくなったり、関西弁のマネをしはじめたりします。

それこそ、今僕の妻は関西から転勤してきたこともあって、職場では、ちょっとした関西弁ブームになっています。

それぐらい、特徴的で人の耳に残りやすいイントネーションなのかもしれません。僕自身もそんな関西弁はめっちゃ好きなので、これはこれからもずっとぬける気がしません。
