 5. ¿Cómo le llamas a esto en tu país? Edición Colombia y Perú 

粤读时光，看见生命中嘅光。

前几日我喺得到睇到一个爸爸嘅分享，
佢讲咗自己点样帮自己个女克服一个人训教嘅恐惧。

佢个女细个嗰时都系同爸爸妈妈一齐训嘅，
后来，佢个女大个小小，
佢哋就帮佢个女布置咗一个佢中意嘅房，
有好多公仔，
不过佢训到半夜，
仲系会一醒就过去揾妈妈。

后来，佢觉得呢个唔系办法， 
于是就同佢个女倾下，
佢个女话佢醒咗之后就训唔着，
但系同妈妈或者嫲嫲一齐嗰时，
就可以训着。

跟住佢就分享咗自己细个嗰时嘅方法，
佢同佢个女话，
我细个训唔着嗰时，
就会将张被拱起身，
好似一个山洞咁，
跟住自己同自己讲鲁滨逊嘅古仔，
谂吓鲁滨逊探险嗰时撞到咗乜嘢，
跟住要点样做。

佢建议佢个女用呢个方法，
自己作一个古仔，
氹自己训教。

不过一开始，佢做唔到，
半夜仲系会喺门口喊。

跟住佢就用第二个方法，
鼓励佢，
佢同个女讲，
你宜家已经迈出咗第一步，
你可以自己训着，
而且醒咗之后都冇即可揾妈妈，
而系尝试自己克服不安，
失败咗先去揾妈妈。

下面我哋要再迈一小步，
睇下可唔可以醒咗之后，
自己咪埋眼，
一个人再训着。

其实嗰时佢个女好难过，
因为佢夜晚发咗一个梦，
梦入面有一只好似成年人咁大嘅狗，
佢惊自己一个人训嗰时又会见到呢只大狗。

跟住我就用哈利波特入面，
卢平教授教哈利克服自己惊嘅嘢嘅方法，
令呢个恐怖嘅嘢变得好笑。

跟住我哋就开始想象佢见到嘅嗰只狗，
有一个红色嘅鼻，
带一顶搞笑嘅帽，
着住鲜艳嘅衫，
跟住佢个女觉得呢只狗变成咗一个吉祥物，
佢甚至有啲中意呢只狗。
就咁样，
佢就开心咁同意咗再迈出一步。

后来过咗半个月，
佢哋终于解决佢个女唔敢一个人训教嘅问题啦。

教育小朋友真系一件好需要耐心嘅事，
有时候小朋友会惊，
呢个时候父母唔应该闹佢哋，
或者取笑佢哋，
而系应该耐心咁帮佢克服内心嘅恐惧，
成年人其实都有惊嘅嘢，
更何况系得几岁大嘅小朋友呢。

俾多啲耐心、帮助同引导佢哋，
小朋友肯定可以克服成长路上嘅困难嘅。
