지금 겨우 오후인데 벌써 피곤하네요.
昨天怎么也睡不着，
现在才下午就好累。

저는 어제 운동을 해서 그런지,
누우니까 바로 잠에 들었어요.
我昨天做了运动，一趟下就睡着了。

그래요? 저도 운동을 해봐야겠어요.
혹시 운동 추천해 줄 수 있어요?

특별한 건 없고,
저는 주로 달리기와 스트레칭하는데,
숙면에 도움 되는 것 같아요. 
也没什么特别的，
我主要跑步和做拉伸运动，
好像对睡眠很有帮助。
