How to Ask for Feedback After an Interview
説明
Most employers won’t voluntarily tell you you’re out of the running for a job, nonetheless, outline the reasons you weren’t selected.
Why? They likely have many applicants, don’t want to provoke you, and even fear being sued. Yet, it is possible to get feedback after an interview, if you know how to ask for it the right way.
In this Express to Impress Podcast episode, you will learn how to ask for an employer’s feedback after your interview. Specifically, you will learn exactly what to write and say to get the feedback you desire. I will share a couple of effective strategies on how to get a valuable and honest response from an employer.
In addition, you will hear some real-life stories from the employers’ perspective, as well as my clients’ experience in getting feedback. Finally, you will learn how to react to the employer’s feedback to leave a good impression.
At the end of the episode, we’ll discuss five idioms you can use to improve your English.
Episode originally published on July 7, 2020.
