こんばんは！Atsushiです。
今日の北海道の天気はずっと雨でした。
気温は14℃です。

今日も慣用句シリーズを話そうと思います。
個人的には結構気に入ってます。

日本語には、体の部位を使った表現がたくさんありますね。
今日は腕うで、の慣用句を話します。
腕は人の技術、スキルを表現することが多いので、そういった意味の慣用句が多いです。

①腕が鳴る (うでがなる)
技能(スキル)や力を発揮したくて、じっとしていられないことを言います。ウズウズしている感じですね。
例えば、
ー明日はピアノの発表だけど、今から腕が鳴る
ーラテを作れるなんて、腕が鳴る
とか使いますね。

② 腕を振るう(うでをふるう)
自分の腕前・技能を人に見せる。披露する時に使います。
例えば、
ー得意料理に腕を振るう
ーバーベキューの仕込みに腕を振るう
とか使います。
　他のことにも使えますが、私のイメージでは、料理に使うことが多いと思います。

③ 腕を磨く(うでをみがく)
技能(スキル)が上手になるように訓練、練習する時に使います。
ー彼は地道に腕を磨いてきた。だから今はトッププレイヤーになった。
ー3年前に海外へ行き、バレエの腕を磨いてきた。
などと使います。


はい、ということで、今日は腕を使った慣用句3つ、紹介しました。日常会話で使う、というよりも、本やニュース、Webサイトの記事などで見ることが多いかもしれません。
