こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

旅行の話の続きをしますね。

前回のPodcastでは、アメリカ旅行の話していました。
大学を卒業する時に行った旅行ですね。
日本では卒業旅行といいます。

で、今回はアメリカ旅行の続き、ラスベガスへ行った話ですね。ラスベガスに行ったことありますか？僕が行った時は22歳？の時だったので、ギャンブルにも興味がないし、お金も持っていないので、カジノではほとんど遊んでません。

その時は、ユニークな形のホテルがたくさんあったので、それを見て回りました。ホテルの前でいろいろとアトラクションがあったので、それもいくつか見たと思います。

今調べてみましたが、今もいろんなホテルがありますね。
いろんな国がテーマになっているホテルがあります。
たとえば、エジプトがテーマのルクソール、
イタリアがテーマのベネチアン、
ニューヨーク、とか
いろいろありますね。

ホテルの中にジェットコースターがある場所もあります。
本当に他の場所では見られないようなホテルがたくさんありました。

そんなホテルの1つにストラトスフィアというホテルがあります。そこに大きなタワーがあって、1番上にビッグショットというアトラクションがあります。僕たちはそれに乗りました！2回！乗りました。

これはぜひYouTubeで検索して見てほしいんですけど、めっちゃおもしろかったです。

ラスベガスの夜景を見ながら、この高い場所で激しく上下に動くアトラクション、ビッグショットに乗りました。これはめずらしく、見た景色を覚えています。それぐらい特別な体験だったんだろうなと思います。

今日はラスベガスの話で終わります。

"접자" means "Let's stop."
"접다" originally means "to fold cloth or paper."
To Fold the paper. 종이를 접다.
To Fold the T-shirt. 티셔츠를 접다. 

However, "접다" has another meaning.
When you stop doing something or an action that you have been doing continuously, you can use the expression "접다."

요즘 너무 피곤해서 아침운동 접었어요.
I'm so tired these days that I stopped morning exercise.

여행 계획 접었어요. 돈부터 모을 거예요. 
I stopped my travel plans. I'll save up some money first.

오늘 하루만 공부 접고, 놀까?
