A: 这是菜单。您看一下要吃什么？
zhè shì cài dān 。 nín kàn yí xià yào chī shén me ？
Here's the menu. Take your time to see what you want to eat.
B: 好的。我们先看一下。
hǎo de 。 wǒ men xiān kàn yí xià 。
Okay, We'll take a look first.
【五分钟后】
wǔ fēn zhōng hòu
Five minutes later
B: 你好，这边点菜。
nǐ hǎo ， zhè biān diǎn cài 。
Excuse me, We'd like to order here.
A: 您吃点儿什么？
nín chī diǎnr shén me ？
What would you like to eat?
B: 有什么推荐的菜吗？
yǒu shén me tuī jiàn de cài ma ？
Any recommended dishes?
A: 烤鸭是我们的招牌菜，您可以试试。

When you deliver a great answer at the start of your interview, it will give you confidence and impress your interviewer.
