1]There are eleven vowels and thirty three consonants in Hindi, whereas there are thirteen vowels and thirty three consonants in Sanskrit.
2]There are three Numbers in Sanskrit. They are Singular, Dual and Plural. Only more than two are considered Plural. In Hindi, there are only two numbers. They are Singular and Plural.
3]There are three genders in Sanskrit. They are Masculine, Feminine and Neutral. In Hindi there are just Masculine and Feminine genders.
4] In Hindi, the verb changes according to person, number and gender. In Sanskrit, the verb changes according to person and number only. It does not change according to gender.
5] In Hindi the last syllable of the word is pronounced half, whereas in Sanskrit, it is pronounced completely unless marked by ‘Halant’ . Halant is a symbol to pronounce the syllable half.
6]There are only two types of vowels in Hindi. They are Short and long vowels [Hrasva and Deergha svaras]. In Sanskrit, there are three types of vowels; Hrasva, Deergha and Pluta. Pluta is an elongated vowel. Eg: Raaaamaaa, Krishnaaaa, Aagachchaaaa, etc
7]One remarkable difference between the two is with regard to case endings. Unlike Hindi, Sanskrit is an inflecting language.
8]Because Sanskrit is an inflecting language, word order does not matter at all. In Hindi, word order matters.

네, 현재 청년 실업률은 지속적으로 높은 수준을 유지하고 있습니다. 통계청에 따르면, 2025년 2월 기준 15~29세 청년 실업률은 약 7%로 집계됐으며, 체감실업률은 20%를 넘어서고 있습니다. 특히 취업을 준비하는 과정에서 ‘공시생’(공무원 시험 준비생)이나 ‘N포세대’(연애, 결혼, 출산 등을 포기한 세대)라는 단어가 익숙할 정도로 많은 청년이 오랜 기간 취업을 준비하고 있지만, 만족스러운 일자리를 찾기 어려운 실정입니다.
이런 상황을 반영하듯, 최근 한 취업 포털 사이트에서 조사한 결과에 따르면, 청년 구직자의 60% 이상이 ‘1년 이상 장기 구직 상태’라고 응답했습니다. 또한, 취업을 포기하고 ‘취준 포기’를 선언한 청년도 증가하고 있는데요. 이는 높은 스펙을 요구하는 기업 환경과 낮은 임금, 비정규직 증가 등의 문제가 복합적으로 작용하고 있기 때문입니다.

이처럼 취업난이 계속되는 이유는 무엇인가요?

전문가들은 몇 가지 주요 원인을 지적합니다.
첫째, 기업의 채용 감소입니다. 경기 불황과 글로벌 경제 불확실성으로 인해 많은 기업이 신규 채용을 줄이고 있습니다. 특히 대기업보다는 중소기업과 스타트업에서 신규 채용을 줄이는 경향이 뚜렷합니다.
둘째, 고학력자의 증가와 스펙 경쟁 심화입니다. 대학 진학률이 높아지면서 학사, 석사 학위자들이 많아졌지만, 정작 기업에서는 특정 분야의 경험과 실무 능력을 더 중시하는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 청년들은 학벌과 스펙 경쟁에 치중하면서도 정작 실무 경험을 쌓을 기회는 부족한 상황입니다.
셋째, 일자리의 질적 문제입니다. 비정규직과 계약직 일자리가 늘어나면서 청년들이 원하는 안정적인 일자리 찾기가 더욱 어려워지고 있습니다. 또한, 청년들이 원하는 임금 수준과 기업이 제공하는 급여 사이의 격차도 큰 편입니다.

그렇다면, 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

정부와 기업, 그리고 개인 차원에서 각각의 노력이 필요하다는 의견이 많습니다.
먼저, 정부 차원의 지원 강화가 필요합니다. 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 정책적인 지원을 확대하고, 청년 고용 촉진을 위한 기업 인센티브를 제공하는 것이 중요합니다. 현재 정부는 ‘청년 도약 계좌’, ‘청년 일자리 지원금’ 등의 정책을 시행하고 있지만, 보다 직접적인 채용 지원이 필요하다는 목소리가 나오고 있습니다.
둘째, 기업의 역할 강화입니다. 청년들이 직무 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 인턴십 프로그램을 확대하고, 신입 채용 시 학력보다 실무 역량을 더 평가하는 방식으로 채용 방식을 개선해야 합니다. 또한, 기업들은 청년들에게 적절한 임금과 복지를 제공하는 환경을 조성해야 합니다.
셋째, 개인의 취업 전략 변화입니다. 단순히 학력과 자격증만을 쌓기보다는 실무 경험을 쌓고, 변화하는 채용 트렌드에 맞춰 유연하게 대응할 필요가 있습니다. 최근에는 AI, 빅데이터, 친환경 산업 등 신산업 분야에서 일자리 창출이 활발한 만큼, 새로운 기술을 배우고 이를 활용할 수 있는 능력을 키우는 것이 중요합니다.

청년 구직난 해결을 위해서는 다각적인 노력이 필요하겠군요. 마지막으로, 청년 구직자들의 목소리도 들어볼까요?
