"Quando posso ritenermi soddisfatto della conoscenza che ho della lingua X?" 
Entrambe queste domande sono molto personali e cambiano in base agli obiettivi e alle ambizioni di ognuno di noi, tuttavia quella "voglia di parlare come un madrelingua" accomuna un po' tutti gli appassionati di lingue straniere come noi.. Allora, come fare?

こんにちは。いかがお過ごしですか。日本は暑いです。
今年は、梅雨がとても短く、6月の末から猛暑が続いている東京です。
そして、この猛暑に追い打ちをかけるように、「電力不足」が起きているんです。
最初は、えっ、なんで「電力不足」って思ってしまいました。
でもよく考えると、脱炭素化による電力不足が想像できます。
もはや二酸化炭素を大量に排出する火力発電はなかなか使えない時代ですよね。
なので、日本にある多くの火力発電所は休止しています。
では、原子力発電所はどうなったのでしょうか。
みなさんは2011年の東日本大震災を覚えていますか。あのとき起きた原発事故以来、日本にある多くの原子力発電所が稼働を停止しています。
なので、この10年日本は「原子力発電所を稼働すべきか否か」という問題を抱え続けているんです。別の言い方をすると、原子力政策を曖昧（あいまい）なまま放置しているのです。つまり、原子力発電所が再稼働できず、かといって廃止されるわけでもなく「放置」されたということです。この重要な問題を放置したことが、日本の電力不足を深刻化させた要因とも言えるかもしれません。
ただ、先日起きた深刻な電力不足は、多くの人の節電努力に加えて、太陽光発電でうまく電力を供給できたことで、大停電になるようなことからは免（のが）れられたようです。
日本人の節電努力、すごいと思いませんか。日本人は政府の「節電に協力してください」という言葉に真摯（しんし）に向き合い、きちんと協力する国民なのです。
そして、今回はこの猛暑で太陽光パネルに日光がよくあたり、たくさん発電できたことがよかったようです。
日本の夏はまだまだ長いので、節電努力はまだまだ強（し）いられそうです。
暑い夏をなんとか乗り切りたいです。みなさんも熱中症には気を付けてくださいね。
