Do you know about the "Spring Festival"?
春节是中国的新年。
chūn jié shì zhōng guó de xīn nián 。
The Spring Festival is the Chinese New Year.
春是“春天”，节是“节日”。
chūn shì “ chūn tiān ”， jié shì “ jié rì ”。
"chun" means "spring season," and "jie" means "holiday."
你知道春节是什么时候吗？
měi yī nián dōu bù yī yàng ， yīn wèi wǒ men yòng nóng lì 。
It varies every year because we use the lunar calendar.
每一年都不一样，因为我们用农历。
nóng lì ， jiǎn dān de shuō shì nóng yè de rì lì 。
The lunar calendar is simply an agricultural calendar.
农历，简单地说是农业的日历。
chūn jié shì nóng lì xīn nián de dì yī tiān 。
The Spring Festival is the first day of the lunar new year.
