Communication is not just about successfully conveying your message. You also have to have interpersonal competencies  which makes the communication process more human.
There are three interpersonal competencies I will be talking about in this podcast.

As teachers, we must have the self-awareness to identify these emotions and be able to communicate them to our students in a positive way.
