When speaking, don't use the pronoun 'I'.
(I think... I suggest... I propose...)
Instead, use 'you'.
(You can... You need to... You should...)
This makes your audience feel the focus is on them, and then they will want to listen to what you have to say.
Even better, to fully integrate yourself into a global team, use 'we'.
(We have to... We could... We will be able to....)
This shows you are all working towards the same goal and helps people accept you into their circle.
