غَالِبًا السوشال ميديا تِعْرِض أَشْيَاء مْفَلْتَرَة مِن الحَيَاة, لأنو الناس يشَارْكُوا الأَحْدَاث المُهِمَّة بَس.
وهَذا الشِي يِعْكِس صُورَة مِثَالِيَّة لحَيَاة بَعْض النَاس اللي هي عَكْس الصُورَة الحَقِيقِيَة.
بَس كَمَان هَذا الشَي يِسَبِّب ضَغْط عَالِي على هَذُول الأَشْخَاص لأنو لازم يِظْهَرُوا دَائِمًا بِصُورَة مِثَالِيَّة.
بِالمُقَابِل, الأَشْخَاص الآخَرِين يقَارْنُوا حَيَاتْهُم مَع حَيَاة هَذُول الأَشْخَاص. 
بَس لِلْأَسَف هذه المُقَارَنِة ممكن تْأَدِّي للشُعُور بِالإِكْتِئَاب.
لازم نِتْذَكَّر دَائِمًا إِنُّو الأشياء اللي قَاعْدِين نْشُوفْهَا على السوشال ميديا ما بِتْكُون الصُورَة الكَامْلِة, وكُل إِنْسَان عِنْدُه مَشَاكِل بِالحَيَاة والحَيَاة المَثَالِيَّة مَا مَوجُودِة!

Mostly social media shows filtered things from life, because people share only the important events.
And this reflects a perfect image of the life of some people which is the opposite of the real image.
But also this thing causes high pressure on these people because they always have to appear in a perfect image.
In contrast, the other people who compare their life with the life of those people.
But unfortunately, this comparison can lead to the feeling of depression.
We should always remember that the things that we are seeing on social media are not the full picture, and every human has problems in life, and the perfect life does not exist.
