Common Greek expressions and phrases that do not literally translate that well into English but are extremely common in Greece, especially in Millennial/ Gen Z audiences. Slang phrases are always informal and even though they are not negative in meaning you should never use them when speaking to an elder, a person like your boss, doctor, professor etc and in general with people you do not know.

みなさんこんにちは。ミッチです。ご視聴どうもありがとうございます。

ところで、みなさん、この、私のレコーディングルームなんですけど、実はこのレコーディングルームは物置、つまりガレージなんですね。この白いビニールのカーテンの向こう側には、自転車、スケートボード、サッカーボール、マットレス、ガラクタなどがたくさん置いてあります。壁もこんなに薄いんです。この動画を撮影している現在は夏なんですが、『夏はこの部屋の中は暑くて、脳みそが溶けそうです。』で、冬になると『寒くて、手足が凍りそうです。』壁が薄いので、雨が降ると、『雨の音がうるさくて、鼓膜が破れそうです。』

すみません、『鼓膜が破れそうです』はちょっと大袈裟でした。でも、本当に雨が降ると、この部屋の中はとてもうるさいんです。さて、それは置いておいて、今日のターゲット表現は先ほどあった『暑くて、脳みそが溶けそうです。』、『寒くて、手足が凍りそうです。』、『うるさくて、鼓膜が破れそうです。』と言う文の、『い形容詞→(語幹)くて』と言う形と動詞の『OOます→OOそうです』と言う形をマスターして行ってみましょう！

今日の表現もレベルが高いです。みなさんが日本語を話すときに、今日の表現を使うと、みなさんの日本語を聞いた人たちは、みんな『おおお！』っとなりますよ！では行ってみましょう！

まず、
『い形容詞→(語幹)くて』と言う形を使うと、
スペイン語で言うと、"es tan + adjectivo que"
英語で言うと、"it is so + adjective + that"
の様な表現が日本語でできます。

例えば、
『暑い』→『暑くて』
『寒い』→『寒くて』
『うるさい』→『うるさくて』


そして、動詞の
『OOます→OOそうです』と言う形にします。すると、
スペイン語で言うと、"estoy a punto de hacer algo"
英語で言うと、"I'm about to do something"
の様な表現が日本語でできます。

例えば、
『溶ける』→『溶けます』→『溶けそうです。』
『凍る』→『凍ります』→『凍りそうです。』
『破れる』→『破れます』→『破れそうです。』
