Как сказать по-русски "What time is it?"

二用于表示数字、序号和号码时,十般用“二”，如“二、十二、二十、二百、二万”，“第二”，“八五二七”等等;“两"只能用在“百、千、万、亿"的前面,口语中多用。

两,在量词和一些可以作量词的名词前面一般都用“两"，如“两个”、“两斤”、“两辆”、“两年”、“两点(钟)”、“两岁”;可是在表示重量、长度和容量的量词前面也可以用“二”，如“二斤”、“二厘米”、“二升”等。在说钱数时，“毛(角)”的前面如果没有“块”就说两毛”,如果 前面还有,就用“二”，如“三块二(毛钱)”。
请考虑下面的句子该用“二”还是用“两":
